Those of us who are wheat/grain-free living the Wheat Belly lifestyle typically become ill when we are re-exposed to wheat or grains, intentionally or inadvertently. So we avoid any re-exposures. We therefore recreate foods such as pizza, muffins, and cookies using benign, healthy ingredients. Interestingly, you can serve the foods made with these benign, healthy ingredients to people who continue to consume wheat and grains, but you cannot eat their food without getting sick.
Therein lies a very important dietary lesson.
