Dr. Davis – I read your book and I did not see a discussion on salt. What do you think the impact of salt is on the body?
Thanks,
Jade
Paradoxically, Jade, if you adhere to this lifestyle strictly, you may find yourself NEEDING salt.
what are your thoughts on wheatgrass juice, i cant find anything bad about it on the web. is it ok to grow my own wheatgrass and juice it? thanks
Dr. Davis.
I ran into this article recently, and wonder whether you know of this heart surgeon, and whether what he says is correct? He does seem to overlap a little what you say, in that he seems to think all the advice we’ve received over the past decades is diametrically the opposite of the truth, but I don’t understand the science enough to say based on one article.
What say you?

Hi, John–
I think there is truth in what Dr. Lundell says, though this argument alone is insufficient to generate “cure.”
You may consider looking through the many posts I have on this and related topics on my Heart Scan Blog.
Dear Doctor,
I heard about your book on Neal Boortz’s show. I am so excited (and nervous) to try and am wondering if you can tell me how long it might take to see some results? I just need a target for myself to set as seeing results and sticking with it or discontinuing. I hope that makes sense?
I am suffering from:
Overweight
Depression
Anxiety
Fatigue
Ischial Bursitus (2 years and tried everything-cannot sit for 1.5 years)
Carpal Tunnel…better stop now, but I am praying this may help with some of these?
Thank you so much,
Jeff
Hi, Jeff–
You will find your answers in the book.
Results generally start within days, though vary with different issues.
